We Catch It.
Our brother Patrick is the skipper of Cú Na Mara and helps to bring us in the freshest of seafood. Being able to catch and serve our own seafood is a massive help in bringing you guys the very best there is to offer in a sustainable manner.
We Prepare it.
From our boat and our brother Patrick, the fish comes into The Fish Box and our parents, Michael & Deirdre, prepare all of the seafood. Deirdre has been a chef all her life and brings a passionate love of cooking to The Fish Box.
